Design, develop, and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and seamless integration with other systems. * Perform comprehensive system assessments, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend effective enhancements and optimizations. * Actively promote the company’s technological capabilities through innovative thinking, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is achievable. * Stay informed about the latest Salesforce product updates, new functionalities, and industry trends to provide valuable strategic recommendations for system improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, possessing a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. * A proven history of successfully completing multiple end-to-end greenfield implementations on the Salesforce platform. * Extensive expertise in the design and implementation of complex Salesforce-based solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems. * Awareness of emerging technology trends and the ability to contribute to and influence best practices within the discipline. * Master-level proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Apex, and Python. * Significant experience with data migration and integration tools, with MuleSoft being a strong advantage. * Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable. * Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com development, the design and delivery of intricate business solutions on the Force.com platform, and expertise in all aspects of 2GP managed packages, Sales and Service Cloud, as well as various technology stacks outside of Salesforce.com to support integrations and other Salesforce ecosystem managed packages. * Familiarity with diverse integration patterns and a track record of building highly scalable integrations with various systems using MuleSoft or other middleware technologies. * Significant experience in the implementation of the Lightning Framework, Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Lightning Design System. * Excellent technical writing skills for solution illustration, proposals, and contract documentation. * Exceptional problem-solving abilities to articulate complex issues and solutions in a clear, visual, and impactful manner.
